Shapeshifter Leopard compatible when?

Since I can't find any info about when/if Shapeshifter is going to come out for Leopard, I thought I could ask some people here.
I'm so sick of the Leopard dark grey...I want something new.

Shapeshifter depends on Application enhancer, which has been in development for Leopard since the OS's release...
