Share calendar?

I am not seeing this option, but is it possible to have others view my calendar?

Outlook 2007 has the ability to publish calendars and subscribe to internet calendars. However, in my case I have been syncing (i am using syncmycal) with google and using it to share calendars.

Others can view the calendar, but even with a Family Pack you can't share calendars...

Can't you create a 'group' called family and let multiple users edit it, then sync it?
