Share my iPhoto pictures to Google Drive

The drawbacks of running two different ecosystems...

Is there a way to share my photos that I imported using iPhoto into Google Drive? I want to be able to access them from my Android tablet.

Photo Stream is obviously no good for me.

EDIT: just saw Flickr. Seems to do exactly what I need. All I do is share the photos from iPhoto, then I can access them from my Android.

Can anyone tell me if this will work?

Flickr might do what you want, but now you have three accounts, instead of two. Download Google+ Auto Backup : https://support.google.com/picasa/answer/4392268?hl=en and tell it where your pictures are - done.
