Join the printer to the guest network's SSID wirelessly and enable "Allow guest network clients to communicate with each other" in AirPort Utility's Guest Network tab?

If you mean joining the printer to your main network and allowing guest network users access to it, that is not possible. Also, hardwiring your printer to the base station will probably not allow guest network users access to it either. If it's a USB printer, I think it can only be shared on your main network if it's connected to the base station's USB port.
