Convenient, but staying always with a charge so high will destroy your battery health in a matter of months.
Not really, only the heat can destroy the battery.
All the software understand when it need to charge or not.
And because I charge only 3-5%, the heat never go high.

my charging routine is totally different from my wife who charge by Qi every night for all day long, and her battery health go down to 82% in only one year.

i make a bet, if my charging routine is better than my wife.

It's not only heat. There 3 main parameters, heat, total charge kept, and discharge rate. I read an academic article just the other day. Too much heat it's bad, too charged it's bad (better to keep around 50%, like 40 to 60% ideally), and if discharged too fast it's bad too. Also if charged too fast

So in other words don’t use your phone like I use my phone!

Could you please share your usage details with the app list ?
Your chart is amzaing. Yes it's a Pro Max but it's still a very very big battery life !
Almost 2 times mine on iPhone 13 freshly installed.
Safari, YouTube, phone calls, more safari, mainly safari. 😁

I could be wrong about this but I think the battery usage charts are inaccurate. It is already known that the battery percentage is not updating correctly. I have seen some cases of battery usage indicating the phone was having battery life far exceeding its capabilities. In one case, a 13 Mini was showing it to be getting about 10 hrs battery life on 100% battery usage. That is not possible given that that would mean the 13 Mini is getting the battery life of the 13 Pro.

Also I have noticed that if you open an app just 1 second, it is counted as 1 minute. So if you open 10 apps just 1 second, it is counted as 10 minutes…
