Shared album not updating for other people

I have a shared album with 4 subscribers. Up until September 20 it was working. Yesterday I added a video and no one got it. I made a bunch of changes (delete and add) today and no one got those either. I have a shared public link and that is being updated, but not on other people’s devices.

i have a second Apple ID which I added to the shared album. At first it wasn’t getting updates either, but then I created a shared album with that ID and invited my original ID to the group. At that point I could see updates to the original shared album on my other Apple ID’s iPhone.

At this point it‘s updating on my other Apple ID, but not for anyone else. I don’t want to tell everyone to create a shared album and invite me as that shouldn’t be a requisite.

Any ideas here?

I ended up having to remove everyone from the shared album and add them again. After I did that photos and videos added since October 14 showed up as well as new ones. All the older photos and videos did not show up. I ended up simply removing them since no one else could see them. I still have no idea what happened.
