Shared Apple Music playlist empty

I've created some playlists to share with friends and once every so often, I'll create one, share it as normal but it appears on my profile with no tracks and no artwork showing. I can't seem to see any pattern in terms of what I'm trying to share and the Apple help articles are pretty useless.

Everything else is working fine with Apple Music and my iTunes library, cloud sharing etc so am stumped.

Any ideas?

Apple music refused to load on iTunes and on my phone album art was slow to load as were songs to play. Disabling iPv6 fixed it now every thing loads quicker even web pages.
