Shared computers on the Finder, security question

Hello, for the first time in 3 years, Im getting a Shared computer appearing on my Finder. Im running Snow Leopard and picture below.

Im worried about security/privacy. What does this means exactly? Can "Anna" browse my files? Am I appearing on her computer? How do I make myself invisible?

I can see her on both my macmini and macbook, but my persnoal macs do not appear on each other. Does this means I am also invisible to Anna and other Neibourghs Macs?

Go to System Preferences > Sharing > uncheck all the relevant (probably all) boxes. That should verify that they cannot see or access you. But you are likely ok since you cannot see your other macs as it is.....now the other user on the other hand should be more careful.
