Does anyone expect either AT&T or Verizon to drop a bombshell and announce shared data plans alongside the new iPad unveiling?

For those who have "unlimited" data, such as myself, would you be willing to forgo that feature to have 1 umbrella data plan that would encompass both your iPhone and your iPad...err...smartphone and tablet?

Shared data is what is holding me back from buying a cellular-capable iPad. I've posted about it a number of times in a number of different threads. Verizon said last week that they are 'working on it' and that it would likely appear 'later in the year'. Tomorrow would be nice, but not hopeful.

I agree. The only thing holding me back from a 3G/LTE version on the iPad is the lack of shared data. I've been secretly hoping that this was going to something announced by AT&T tomorrow I have the unlimited plan on my account, but my daughter has the 3GB and she hardly uses any, so I could put the iPad on hers! :D
