Shared libraries??

I noticed today several of my photos have the shared library icon on them. Who are they being shared with? Can I select people to be allowed to view them? When I delete the photo it says "Delete for all participants". Who are they?

Settings > Your Account > iCloud > Photos and you’ll find the iCloud sharing setup under Sharing.

Thank you!! No one in there. I was afraid I was sharing content I shouldn’t be.

Shared albums can also be fully publicly shared with links.

In a given shared album hit the more button then the button saying album name and number of participants to get sharing details per album
