shared photostream stop working few days ago

I always put photos in my phone into shared photostream, then edit them in iphoto on my macbook. Everything worked well.

But few days ago, shared photostream stopped working, I can't upload any photo to photostream anymore, either by iphoto nor iphone.

I can see the album of shared photostream, but the number of photo still 0 no matter how hard i tried to upload any pics to it.

😕Anyone got idea what's going on?
My iOS and iphoto is newest edition, and OS is 10.8.4
I have tried log out and log in to icloud, on/off photostream, but didn't work.
