HomeKit Shared Up Next AirPlay 2

As the title mentions..I am unable to figure out how to use this feature. I was reading and saw that AirPlay 2 has a feature that allows you to create "shared up next", or multi-user playlists within Apple Music. Any suggestions?

At the bottom - they can connect just like any other device, given they have  music (lame)

Awesome...thank you very much. I called Apple support and they had no idea as well...this is exactly what I needed.
