Sharing Files Between Mac and PC Over Internet

I have a Mac in one place, and a PC in another. I have files on my Mac that need to be transfered to the PC. However, I don't have an external HD formatted in FAT32. Is there any way to do this over the internet? Thanks.😕

easiest way is to get a flash drive. they're cheap these days, you can get 2gb for under 20. as far as the internet is concerned, you could use an FTP client. Read about it here
