Ok my setup goes as follows:

Mac (leopard) connected to Airport Extreme Via Ethernet

Pc (Windows XP) connected to Airport Extreme Via Wireless

Both computers are online, and that part works perfect

I would like to know how I can share files from my Mac to my PC and vice-versa.

As you can see in the image below the PC shows in the finder, it just keeps saying connection failed. do i need to set anything up in windows?

I've turned on share files and folders using AFP, FTP and SMB in sharing (system prefs)

What could I be doing wrong?

So grateful for any help, thanks in advance!

have you enabled sharing in XP?

turn on file sharing in the firewall and right click on Shared Documents and choose Sharing and set it up.
