I have a iMac which is connected, by ethernet, to a router which means I can use the internet. I have a Powerbook which has Airport and I want it to share my desktop's internet (so I get internet on my laptop across the house)...
On my Mac, I've set up Internet Sharing and my Airport icon has the little arrow sign, so it's sharing the internet and I've got my Powerbook to join the new airport network I've created but I can't get onto the internet...
Even though it's joined the network I can't seem to get the internet on it, any ideas?
