Sharing main icloud photo library

So my wife finally got an iphone (Yay!) but I was under the impression although we set her up with a new Apple ID and setup icloud family sharing, she would be able to view my main Photos library on her phone.

It seems she can only view a shared folder? Is there a way around this please?
