Sharing Panel Gone Bye-Bye

Hello

Just looked in my System Prefs and the Sharing Panel is gone, now I know I must have done something to cause this but I can't think right now how

I'm thinking that its simply a file that has been deleted and that if its replaced then everything should work again

Problem is I'm in the Uni Halls with no access of Backups or the OS X CD, I'm sure I could get it of a family members Mac via e-mail

I looked through the system but I'm not sure which file would need replacement?

I believe the file is located in /System/Library/PreferencePanes and is called Sharing.prefPane (or something along those lines - I can't check for you because I'm not at my Mac right now).
