Sharing same iPhoto Library between 2 users

I have two users in my MAC and we want to use only one iPhoto Library so that we can put and see the same photos, in both users.

In onde user, I've created a library ang give it the Sharing and Permissions on the file with privilege Read&Write on the other user.

Then, with the other user, I tried to open the iPhoto choosing that Library (press ALT key and click iPhoto) . I tried to choose the file, bur it appears the file with the "stop sign". 😡

What am I doing wrong? What do I have to do in order to use only one Library?

Check the permissions on the directory containing the iPhoto library
