Sharing the same sim card iphone 4 and 3GS? is it possible?

is it possible to have iphone 4 mini sim card and add the enclosure to use it for 3GS too?

I already have 3GS but will buy iphone 4. I want to use both phone by swapping (not both at once) but don't want to pay two account with ATT

Yes if you use a microsim adapter then it will work. The two contact pointsthat are missing are used for old style sims that stored contacts on the sim.
