Trying to help friend on other side of city tried to set up
System>Sharing>share computer screen(tick)>computer setting>VCN viewers may control screen with password.
Unfortunately the vcn link given under 'screen sharing' is ...
vcn://ladiesname-mbp.lan
When I try to use this to connect via Finder>go>connect to server it comes up with an ALERT ... Cannot connect to URL.
Most grateful if anyone knows a way around this problem. I suppose its looking for say ... vcn://196.123.3.4 or similar even though it states the given link will work.
