On the sharing screen in iOS 10, there appears to be a "Favourites" bar where AirDrop would otherwise be in this video. Any help in determining how to get this feature? Thanks in advance!

I believe that's something from the new and potentially unique to (at least so far) Clips app from Apple

I installed the new "clips" app but don't see anything special?
Maybe only available from within clips app.
