Hoping someone can help me out, at work I have to use a separate password for my Ipad and Iphone as each device needs to be identified for security. Icloud keychain shares the passwords between them, which always ends up with only one working at a time as they both try to use the same password which prevents one of them using WIFI and ends up randomly costing me loads of my monthly phone data.

Any way around this?

Hire a new network admin who knows what they're doing? :) There should be no reason for devices to use different passwords to identify themselves. They can be identified by MAC address.

Sadly this is one feature iCloud Keychain doesn't have; I wish you could declare a WiFi network as exclusive to that one device. You can do this on a Mac by moving the keychain entry to the local keychain, but there's no way to do this on an iOS device.
