Hi I'm trying to share files my cousin's macbook can see my macbook in finder but I can't see her macbook in finder. Yes I have sharing turned on as does she. What is wrong?

Maybe double check IP addressing and Subnet Masks? Can you ping her machine at all, or is it only file sharing that's inaccessible?
Finally check for a firewall that may be blocking certain ports. Either outgoing on yours or incoming on hers.
