Shattered iphone 4 screen and swap for new iphone 4 success story.....

went to my nearby apple store ready to snap because my screen was shattered... yes i dropped it, but the genius i had was awesome...

i wasnt even there for 5 minutes and he gave me a new phone.... i dropped mine with a case on it so there were no signs of a drop but he didnt even question me...... new iphone 4 FREE

i was really dreading this thinking i would need to pay the $200 or try and fix it myself...

i lucked out... it all comes down to who your genius is... GLTU

well the guy i had yesterday helped me swap my last iphone out as well... so i am now on my 3rd iphone 4 !!!!

Actually, at least according to posts here and other places, Apple seems to be much more generous replacing the iPhone 4 after breakage than the previous models.
