I drop my iPhone 6s today an the screen shattered and there is some black spots toward the top. And the left side of screen does not recognize touch. I called apple and have an appointment an they said they can fix it as long as it's just the screen. Is it just the screen or is something messed up on the inside too that gonna cost me a lot of money to fix?

They'll examine the phone and tell you. If it costs more they will let you know before they do any work.

Currently Apple stores are unable to change the 6S/6S+ screens so they're replacing the full phone for the same price as a screen swap.

That's a good deal.

Since a a screen fix is like $129? And phone replacement is $299

Those prices are AUS dollars?

Because a screen replacement in USD should be $130 or so with tax and a complete phone replacement should be about $300 with tax. Out of Warranty.
My bad. Yes, I had the wrong link. I corrected my above post above and updated it with the US Service link. :)

Did you have a case? Will you put the next one in a case?

If Apple gives you a replacement for the price of a screen repair, maybe they'll then sell you AC+?
