Shattered screen (maybe not right forum?)

Shattered my screen yesterday when my phone (Verizon iPhone 6) fell out of my hand in a parking lot. Well, it fell and I tried to catch it, only to watch my upward swing of a catch attempt send the phone flying to the other side of my car. I have never broken a phone before. It is useable, but just hideous. and I keep getting chards of glass everywhere, not in a dangerous sense, just an annoying one. As I see it, I have several options:
-Save up and buy outright an iPhone se
-Buy an unlocked or Verizon iPhone on Craigslist/eBay
-Tough it out until November or so for the iPhone 7
-try and get the screen replaced on my current phone

Money has been tighter than normal recently, so this isn't a decision I am taking lightly. If anyone has some insight on any of these options, I would appreciate your input.

Take it to Apple Store they can replace your screen with Apple care or without Warrenty

Ditto. Take it to Apple and have the screen replaced. With Apple care plus the charge is $79.00, without Apple care plus the charge is $109.00. Either way much less than buying a new phone.
