I purchased a battery for an apple powerbook from Shentech.com. They send me a used or refurbished product when I thought it was suppose to be new. The battery did not recharge at all. They were extremely rude and arrogant about returning products. They do not allow you to speak to anyone about returns; you have to do it online. They say they will contact you within 48hours. They don't. It took three calls to finally get them to give me a return authorization number and they refused to pay for the shipping fee to return the defective product THEY sent me. I strongly advise, DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM SHENTECH.COM. They are extremely unfair, rude and arrogant. And if they send you a defective product, lord help you. I should have checked prior to purchasing for reviews of Shentech. There are many more people who have had the same experience I had with this company. Buyer beware.
