Hi, My girlfriend's wet hair dripped onto keyboard and now it constantly thinks shift key is pressed down as goes into Safe Mode everytime I turn on laptop. I have researched and seen I can bypass this by holding down Alt so that's ok but I can't fix this once in. ! I have installed KeyRemap4MacBook and tried to disable the shift key but it hasn't worked and I dont know why. It appears the Return key isn't working either.
Do I try taking the keys in question out and checking for water damage?
Do I just buy an external keyboard and make do?
Do I let it be and hope it fixes itself?
Or is there another way of me fixing it so that i'm not forever in CAPS LOCK and don't have a Return Key?!
