Shimuri SLIM EXTRA 0.3mm Case [Review]

I just received my grey Shumuri SLIM EXTRA case. I had the transparent grey Shumuri SLIM case but I was always concerned about the camera and how it wobbles when you put it down on a flat surface. Shimuri fixed this issue by making the camera cutout thick enough to protect the protruding camera. I'm so impressed and now it's my daily case.

This is the best Ultra Thin 0.3mm case available for iPhone 6!!!

SHIPPING: Total 7 days from Hong Kong to California USA, left Shumuri Warehouse on 1/5/15 and arrived on 1/12/15.
PACKAGING: The color of the box is now all black (instead of grey) and looks more professional.
IN THE BOX: Just the case. Gone is the FREE screen protector and micro fiber cloth that came with Shimuri SLIM case.
CUTOUTS: The cutouts are perfectly cut around volume/mute buttons, power button, camera, and bottom of iPhone.
QUALITY: Despite the case being grey, it still shows the Apple logo and less slippery than Shimuri SLIM case.

Nice case. Although i think you know by now, I'll stick to the hometown (in the US) guys at Caudabe. 6 bucks for 2 week shipping and 22 bucks for expedited. No thanks.

Can't wait until Caudabe opens their site up with the XT.

Yup. Saw your comment on the other thread and it stopped me from ordering the Shumuri case. Can't believe the shipping but luckily Caudabe releases the Veil XT soon.
 
My ocean blue arrived few days ago and it looks absolutely beautiful in my silver 6. The colour is more of a navy blue, not really like the pics they advertised. The only con for me is that the bottom cutouts are "perfect" like yours.

same thing here, its just crazy to pay 22usd just for shipping, im checking caudabe´s page every day.
 
I am from HK, and i found that i have to spend 9.95 USD for the shipment of Caudabe Veil....that is crazy.............. :eek:

The screen protector was a gift because the cases shipped late.
 
I have the original and now the Extra, and I think they improved their process with the new model. The original fit fine, but had a little warpage near the volume buttons. The Extra is about perfect.

Yup, I'm also waiting for the Veil XT. There is no way a case like this should be $22.
 
can anyone confirm the Veil XT will be in other colors? Im after blue/navy. if its not i might as well go order this one :\

Maybe JNGold can confirm with his Marketing contact at Caudable. Based on history of the Veil case, Caudable most likely will only carry the Frost and Wisp. I couldn't wait anymore for Caudabe and decided to order from Shumuri. I selected the $6 shipping and only took 7 days from Hong Kong to California USA. I was told by Shumuri that they're working on faster and cheaper shipping (soon!) BUT they didn't mention lowering the price of the case. They might change their mind on the price so keep checking Shumuri's website.

Send them an email telling them what color you want. I emailed them a couple weeks ago about the blue.
 
What kinda of material is this and the Caudabe Veil? It looks like a really thin TPU case in the videos.
