How do you put it on? is it something like a sticker or a screen protector, how thick it is? and does it protect against scratches?
This mod is actually far more advanced and requires physical removal of your stock parts (taking apart the whole iPhone) and installing the colored parts. It does not protect against scratches since the material is actually glass but the paint is laid underneath just like your stock parts.
Here is a link to a tear down of an iPhone 4 http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Installing-iPhone-4-Display-Assembly/3148/1. You can also find the 4S guides there as well, very useful website. So does it replace the stock glass on iphone or is something like a colored transparent plastic that you put on the underside of stock glass. And how easy is it to take apart iphone and put it back together in proper condition?
The button does have a slightly different shade of blue to it. It's not that noticeable in the light though. I think just the angle of the picture shows the contrast more.
I just wanted something different than the black or white that everyone has. I have had several positive comments from people that have seen it out in public. They take a double take & are like where in the world did you get that at. I have to show off Siri before they will believe it's an iPhone 4s.
The company I bought this from is also taking preorders on their newly released black aluminum frames. They look pretty sweet in the pictures.

Ok, so the video shows that it actually replaces the whole front glass panel. Is it made from the same glass and material as used by Apple? and how durable it is. It does look cool...
Here's the link to the pink one she bought at Amazon. I think they have all the different colors as well.
To the OP: disregard the negative comments. You wanted a different look and took the time, effort and money to make it happen. Good on ya. And I don't think it looks like a cheap knock-off.
