Shipping a Powerbook Alu

Hi guys, just sold my Powerbook to a guy in Sweden (I'm in the UK) - any recommendations for a. how to package it so it's safe and b. what courier is best to use?

Use the original box. Apple ships via FedEx, UPS, etc with just the black box inside of a brown cardboard box.

And if you don't have the original box, use lots of bubble wrap and put it in a box with lots of padding, use Fedex, and insure it.
