shipping address versus billing address

went pre-ordering for home shipment, is it possible to ship the phone to a different delivery address than the billing address on the att contract?

I know the att site does now allow this

There is about 50 threads based on this very question, prob could of just popped into one of them to find your answer.
That being said..... You are supposed to be able to ship to another addy. I however was prepping for pre-order on a family members account and it said iPhone had to be shipped to at&t addy. My link: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/936616/

was that after you put in your credit card information? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with being a primary/authorized user on your at&t account
