Well, had an order from apple due today, paid next day shipping. No order, it is sitting several states over.

Anyone ever got back to apple about this, or is it more of a fedex thing?

You paid for next day, you should get next day - get on the phone to apple.

Did you check the tracking number for the shipping progress? Apple gives tracking information for all its shipments.

Delivered by 4:30pm est Today. almost 6:30 now.

could be bad weather? If so, you wouldn't be compensated. Something similar happened to me a couple years ago :/
