I doubt you'll find any US retailer (apple, at&t) shipping from the US to Europe.
Ebay, sure. But prices are jacked up and they can enlighten you about the shipping price.

A 16oz can...

I doubt even FedEx or UPS would ship that - it's contents would be under pressure, they wouldn't want to risk it exploding.

Why are you shipping 2x 16 oz cans… If the contents are under pressure than it can only be shipped by boat, which means don't bother.

Otherwise if you're talking about an iPhone or something, then USPS would work; Priority Mail takes about a week or two at a reasonable price ($40?). If you ship FedEx or UPS that just gets expensive in the US. Sometimes $150-$200, but this would take only 2-3 days if you're willing to pay.

And if you don't mark the customs forms correctly, like you wrote "2 cans" instead of "an iPhone" then it'll take even longer.

Make sure you check the requirements for customs and import duty, in the UK anything >£40 gets charged both even if it's a "gift".
