I must be on that FDX80 to Newark because my departure from AK is listed as 18:38 -- I assumed mine would head to Memphis, but I live in Delaware, so Newark makes more sense - and puts me in line for a Monday delivery, since it is only 2 hrs away!!!! Of course, that assumes it moves from Newark to the local "out for delivery place" sometime overnight Sunday in time for the Monday morning sort...

If you live in a 100mile vicinity of Oakland, CA, Seattle, WA, Los Angeles, CA, or Ontario, CA your phone will be coming from Anchorage to those cities. Then trucked to your home. IF you are east coast it will be going to the Memphis hub from Anchorage to be put on another plane to your closest airport.

My bumper didn't come to LA from Alaska, it went to Memphis first.

well, it's one of the major hubs in the US. and i agree, just came back from san francisco and you have quite a beautiful state with amazing weather!

just checked after japan to Alaska, i think our phones split maybe because mines goiung to cali. because all my info has been the same as yours until now because mine still says it arrived at alaska
EDIT just saw that my phone left alaska at 10, just thought about it and im in cali if alaska is 1hr behind then that means it just shipped 10 ago YESSSSSSS

Wonderful, my phone just left Alaska at 10:01, the same time as a flight left for Memphis... however I live in the Bay Area.

Which means instead of getting on the flight directly to Oakland that left at 7pm, it's going to go to Memphis, then to Oakland.

I hate FedEx.

well in my case it took three days , but from observing others on this forum it usually varies between 1-3 days. You are in for a long haul my friend

It's probably a safer bet ordering from AT&T at this point than the Apple store. I personally wish I had never pre-ordered because I'd likely would have gotten one a week ago otherwise.

Fedex.com says "in transit" in memphis, yet yahoo says its being held at the Memphis facility.

That just means they are sorting it so it can be put on the flight sunday night to be delivered to you on monday.

thats wierd because my bumper came in through oakland and i know for sure that there a fedex flights between oakland and LA. maybe im special. But like you my bumper was also shipped on the 30th and delivered on the 6th so not much difference there.
