Looks like Apple is finally going to allow the shopping cart to be used for App Store purchases. I just tried to update two of my apps (DataCase and Manifesto) and when I clicked update it said that the items were added to my cart. Unfortunately, I can't see them in there, nor could I download them individually from the store (because they're supposedly in my cart). I was able to download them direct to my iPod touch, so I got them in the end. Anybody else having this issue?
 
Oy - looks more more confusion to contend with for the App Store.

I wonder if the shopping cart addition was the reason for the store being down earlier today...
 
I just tried to download a free app and was told that apps are not available to be added to the shopping cart.
 
Yep, a few other threads about this. Seems like apps are acting up in the store. I can still purchase music with no issue.
