Short Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect when starting "Music"

Hi everybody,

I have a new Mac Mini M4 with macOS 15.1. I have noticed that when I start the "Music" app, my Bluetooth speakers disconnect briefly and then reconnect immediately. Unfortunately, my speakers emit an acoustic signal both when disconnecting and connecting, which is annoying in the long run.

I don't remember the same thing happening with the old Mac mini, or whether it's only been happening since Sequoia.

But does anyone happen to know a remedy, or has observed the same phenomenon?
