I'm in canada and my cell provider doesn't allow international roaming on Apple Watches.
I travel to Hawaii and Mexico, and having cell connectivity on my Ultra would be suuuuper useful for the sports I do, including for safety reasons.
Is there a way in either USA (HI) and/or Mex to get just short-term cell plans (let's say, anywhere from... 5-14 days) for the watch only?
I wouldn't be concerned about it being on my same Canada phone number during these trips, but I would like to keep it synced with my appleID.
Also open to other options to cell cell coverage on the phone. I probably have an old spare iPhone kicking around somewhere too, perhaps I could temporarily assign it to a plan on that?
