Shortage - Base Models?

Im curious in your areas for 14 and 16 base models what does the stock look like for store pickup. For about a week the stock has been zero or minimal for all 14 inch and 16 inch base models for store pick up in 50 miles.

I did see that Best Buy has some.

The stores around here do stock them as all 8-10 stores light up green. Of course as time goes by they get bought and then shows no stock. The cycles then continues.

My local Apple Store seems to get enough to be in stock throughout the day, and replenish by the morning. Demand seems to be a bit higher compared to past big releases, but not enough to affect availability by more than a day or two.

Yeah it's pretty bone dry out there, bruh. I already have my machine but I check from time to time the local stores.

I picked up a 14" 10/16/16/1 last Friday from an Apple store and I saw it available around 7am.

I finally decided to go with the 16" last night and did not see anything in stock from Apple or Best Buy before I went to sleep. I woke up around 2am today, checked Best Buy and they had the 16" 10/32/32/1 available for purchase.

Not sure when inventories update but seems like it might be 5-7am CST at Apple and maybe midnight-2am at BB?
