Okay.

So you guys know the place in safari where it says Apple, Yahoo, Google Maps, Wikipedia and popular?

I accidentally dragged the news folder into the popular thing. How do I undo this? I tried dragging it out, but that didn't work.

Go under Bookmarks and then Show All Bookmarks. Navigate to Bookmarks bar and you should be able to rearrange the menu from there.
