Shortcut to my harddisk gone

I just reinstalled SL but all my shortcuts to my harddisk are gone.. How do i get them back? 😱

On my desktop and here:

it only show my external hdd..

In Finder, go to Finder -> Preferences and check General -> (Show these items on the Desktop) -> Hard disks, as well as Sidebar -> (Show these items in the Sidebar) -> Hard Disks.
