Shortcut to VMware's Boot Camp machine?

I have Boot Camp and VMware.

I have to open VMWare and then click on the "Boot Camp partition" and then enter my password to run it. Is there a way to get the partition to run with one click?

Maybe with Applescript. You would probably need to use UI scripting, but I think that would be the only possible way.
