Shortcuts and AppleTV

Is there a way to have Siri Shortcuts turn on an AppleTV? I have a media room downstairs that is dark as is the hallway leading to it. My intention is to make a shortcut called "showtime" or something that will set a scene by turning on lights in that hallway and room to say 5% and turn on the appletv to start the projector in order to warm it up.

That’s exactly what I was hoping to pull off with Siri shortcuts. I didn’t see anything that makes it possible though.
