Are created shortcuts supposed to be available when using the watch? I created several and they work with my iPhone and iPad; however, the watch says “checking with the app” then says “I do not recognize that command”

I woke up this morning and they were working. Maybe it has to sync while charging. If anyone knows for sure I would appreciate the knowledge.

Mine aren’t working on my watch. I repaired it last night hoping that would kick start a few thing. It solved the missing calendars, but still aren’t getting the shortcuts or favorite teams in the Siri watchface. Not to mention no indication of when I get a new email.
I set one up called, “This is a test” that sends an iMessage to myself. It runs fine but leaves this on my screen. If I select Siri settings nothing happens.
