shortcuts automation and diary for Mac

I'm not on the beta program but something I'm waiting since a while is shortcuts automation ( trigger a shortcut every day at a given time ) and Mac version of Diary App for iPhone

Did apple release this 2 thing in Sequoia?

No to both, but...

• Shortcuts can be automated via other means (Automator or Shortery are a couple examples).
• With iPhone Mirroring in Sequoia, you can use the Journal app on your Mac through your iPhone.

Thanks, I knew about Shorter and I was asking before getting a third party option if it was implemented in macOS

I will take a look at that, hope Apple will bring a desktop app
it was supposed to be released in early 2024 :-(

do you need a source to download and try Sequoia?
im not a beta_member and have a light link/copy that works great!

Im impressed and relieved since the OS has many simple improvements over Ventura and Sonoma
AND
basic functions we did create in those happy 2010 OSX days!
