I find Stage Manager useful but setting up the same ’group’ of Safari, Messages, Mail, and Slack manually and frequently feels a little painful. Tried experimenting with Shortcuts and the result isn’t bad, just not perfect. There’s a Stage Manager action but it’s only to turn it on (sheesh), and I can call the Split Screen action next but it only allows two apps at a time. I can add another call to open two more apps but they appear in another group. Anyway, anyone else build a shortcut for Stage Manager workarounds and care to share? Thanks!

The best I can come with is to Turn On Stage Manager and then open each app you want. This at least gets the apps into the recents sidebar so you can quickly fling them into your workspace. This obviously won’t help with having them laid out nicely in the screen and still requires manually moving them. 😔

Is there keyboard shortcut to invoke the stage manager tiles to show up? I have two monitors, and getting them to show up on primary monitor is easy (just place my cursor all the way left).

On the secondary monitor, I have to place the mouse to the left but it has to be very precise to invoke the tiles. Wish there was a keyboard combo to show/hide tiles.
