Shortcuts not working

If you are talking about keyboard shortcut, then yes. It is not working for me as well.

If it makes you feel any better mine haven't worked since 6.0

Mine are not working on my iPhone (iOS 7.0.3), but working on the iPad (latest iOS as well) and MacBook Air (OS X Mavericks).
