Shortcuts - Spotify and Bluetooth

I’ve tried Shortcuts and couldn’t find a way to:

1. speak to Siri the name of a playlist and make Spotify play it;

2. tell my phone to connect specifically to my car Bluetooth.

Is it possible?

Yes. Spotify hasn’t updated their app with Siri Shortcuts support.
