Shorted PowerBook 12" Keys

Four of my keys have been shorted. Will replacing the keyboard fix this?

Yes. Provided the new keyboard does not have those same keys shorted as well.

A local dealer! Wasn't about to spend $70 on one from iFixit. Got a grade A used for around $35.
