Hi guys, I got my mbp 13'' 8 days ago, and I love it, but my trackpad has got stuck 2 times so far, I had to put pressure on the trackpad for like 5 seconds to bounce back, and it worked. At the moment is working fine but all of the sudden it may get stuck again, I am still under the 14 days return/exchange policy, do you guys think I should exchange and if apple would let me do the exchange?

thank you guys.

Send it back asap you have been sold a turkey just like I was.

Yeah I would send it back, a 13 foot laptop is WAY too big to carry around. ;)

But really, my answer still stands.

Apple should have no problem exchanging the laptop due to a defect. Be warned though, they probably won't swap your drive for you or transfer your data to the new laptop.

I going to do that, is just that when I get to my apple store they are going to to see that the trackpad is normal and I think because of that they may refuse to exchange or charge me a restocking fee if there is an exchange.

first I think you should contact apple support.
things always proceed better with a call to apple support first.
